對於初學占星術來說，這像是一本百科字典，在最後的行星運行的年歷地區及時間表更是十分仔細，讓用家可以自行跟隨教學，畫出自己的星盤。可是在每個章節說明中的描述文字過是冗長，亦無法掌握重點，讀起來有點像歷史故事，而部份分角或宮位的說明亦有點含糊，可能本身占星學就無法自行學習，或是我本人理解能力問題，始終無法研究下去。
