我覺得此worry beads 很有效呀！
每當有擔憂的事情，都會對 worry beads講，我試過因為太擔心工作上的問題，曾於臨睡前向 worry beads講我擔憂的事，一邊講個心就會自然平靜落黎，然後放在枕頭底，第二日返工時，所擔心的問題果然很易就解決了....
